Eric Mertz - President and CEO

Caldwell began a Relationship with the Ramerman Leadership Group around 24 months ago. We engaged with Jim and his team to help our newly formed global leadership team of 4 build trust and vulnerability with each other to improve our teamwork and effectiveness. What started as a 6-month engagement with 4 leaders has expanded to a global program covering 3 countries and over a dozen executives. Jim and his team have proven to be an invaluable resource to help us work as a team as well as help us learn to be coaching leaders ourselves. These skills proved vital as we navigated unprecedented volatility in our markets over the past year. Jim has helped us navigate tough conversations and tough decisions and is building our leadership toolbox at every interaction.

Tim Schmid - President

We began working with Ramerman Leadership Group 4 years ago to prepare for a significant change in leadership. Both Jim and John played key roles in guiding us through the process of strengthening our core leadership team and defining our critical path forward. The RPO has been working with Ramerman Leadership Group for about 6 years.  Their work initially focused on building high performance teams within and across departments.  John & his team also provided leadership coaching for our leadership team, which made a significant difference for several members of the team.  Since then, our work together has branched out to address other organizational priorities around innovation, inter-constituency interaction and communication, and most recently updating our Strategic Framework and mapping out Key Results to measure progress over the next four years.  Ramerman Leadership Group has pushed us when we needed to be pushed, supported us when we needed to be supported, and introduced new ways of thinking about challenges and opportunities, all of which has helped us fulfill our mission of changing lives through music.
